Senior Audit Manager

We are partnered with a Global Bank who are looking for a Senior Audit Manager to join their London team. You will be joining a Global Internal Audit Team and will be working to implement creative audit techniques utilising data analytics to provide business insights.

As the Senior Audit Manager you will be:

• Developing and maintaining an understanding of Capital Markets businesses).
• Establishing stakeholder relationships and developing continuous risk and assurance approaches, effectively assessing various businesses throughout the audit cycle.
• Engaging with global colleagues and sharing best practices,
• Working to assess control environments and pushing change through insightful audit outcomes.
• Leading all stages of audit work including reviewing associated documents, such as:
  • Business objectives and the environment in which they operate.
  • Assessing business processes, creating and executing testing strategies to assess the key controls.
  • Ensuring commitments on improvements made are adhered to.
  • Assessing the risks/impacts of issues identified and communicating the results to Internal Audit and stakeholder senior management.

You will need:

• Fully qualified with a minimum of 5 years audit experience.
• Strong experience in auditing controls either within internal audit or related control/testing functions.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets business activities, processes and regulations.
• Experience with financial services in capital markets, banking and finance.
• Project management experience.
