AJ Chambers is working with a regional law firm in Chelmsford that is currently recruiting for a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join their Tier 1 ranked property litigation team.

This role will come with future partnership prospects.

This opportunity will focus on supporting the head of the department to drive the team forward, you’ll be involved in business development and networking aspects to build up what is a £6million departmental team along with mentoring and supervising junior members of the team.

Key aspects:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant matters
  • Residential property litigation
  • Lease renewals
  • Service charge disputes
  • Enforcing covenants
