Senior Associate - Products

Our London client in the Banking sector is seeking a Senior Associate for the Products team to join as soon as possible on permanent basis with a salary of £26,000 on offer. This role comes with a great perks package.

What does the role entail?

Working as a Senior Associate for the Products team, you will be Supporting the Head of Products in Product development, MI and Consumer duty implementation along with supporting Head of Products in managing and supporting the product team.

What skills will you have?

The ideal candidate for this Senior Associate for the Products team position will be well versed with Product development life cycle with prior experience in end-to-end product development, launch and monitoring, knowledge of FCA policies and laws referring to Consumer Duty, Treating Customers Fair, Vulnerable Customers and experience of working in a role where you identified and/or mitigated risks and harms faced by retail consumers in the UK financial services sector, either in a specific sector or cross-sector. You must be able to produce written reports, presentations and other resources for internal and external stakeholders across a range of levels. You should have experience of exercising robust, consistent, evidence-led judgements that balance a range of competing needs, priorities and resources.
