Key Responsibilities:

• Attending client meetings and conferences with counsel
• Develop working relationships in the firm and with a variety of clients
• Researching through legal databases, textbooks and other appropriate sources
• Advising clients on complex and high value clinical negligence (80%) and personal injury claims (20%)
• Managing junior team members and delegating tasks
• General case management
• Contributing to marketing efforts
• Identifying new sources of referral
• Develop links with existing referrers and raising personal, the departments and the firms profiles
• Build trust with clients

Key Requirements:

• At least 6 years PQE
• Enthusiasm for Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury
• Knowledge of Legal Aid Agency funding
• Up to date with developments in law
• IT literate, particularly in Work and Excel
• Track record of meeting KPIs
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the firm's core values
• Communicates effectively at all levels
