We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, to join our Client Services team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. (3 days a week in the office).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Strong Collaboration with the Custody Service Expert (CSE) Teams to work to identify client and internal day-to-day issues and review how to optimise the process/resolve the issue fundamentally.
  • Uses in-depth knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts and business development submissions.
  • Supports clients and CSE Teams on complex Client driven initiatives/queries.
  • Plays key role in analysis of Client Metrics to home in on key pain points and work to remediate, with strong collaboration with the Front Office.
  • Digitally and technically driven: Analysis and review of Clients not yet digitally adopted and action plan proposal.
  • Leads and participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
  • Leads and actively participates in internal activities and roll out of initiatives or new Systems or Enhancements internally to CSE Team Members.
  • Active participation in Workshops and Working Groups on new System implementations, including completion of testing.
  • Applies advanced problem solving skills, judgement, and experience to analyze information.
  • Uses developed communication skills to deliver

  • Cross collaboration with a small team working across EMEA.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services is required.
  • Data Driven Mindset (advanced excel, Alteryx, Power BI for example) are required.
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
