SENIOR ASSEMBLERS REQUIRED ASAP READING. UP TO £35K/ANNUM, IMMEDIATE STARTS AVAILABLE

Role: Senior Assemblers

Location: Reading

Industry: Aerospace and Technology

Duration: Permanent

Salary: Up to £35K/Annum

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Assemblers to join a prominent employer in the aerospace and technology sector

You will need demonstrable experience of working with precision electromechanical sub-assemblies, working to industry standards.

Duties

  • Assemble and integrate electromechanical components and systems according to engineering drawings, specifications, and assembly procedures.
  • Perform visual and functional inspections of components to ensure compliance with quality standards and aerospace regulations.
  • Work with precision tools and equipment to assemble and align components with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including deviations, adjustments, and quality control checks.
  • Utilising specialist skills including high level soldering to industry standards.

Background

  • IPC level soldering experience would be advantageous.
  • Electronic and mechanical experiences
  • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
  • Able to secure in the UK security clearance.

The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm and 7am - 12pm on a Friday.
