Senior Architectural Technologist

Location: Kent

Salary: £43,000-£46,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

My client is searching for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Architectural Technologist with a strong attention to detail to join their award-winning team in Kent. The practice's focus of work covers the commercial, hospitality, education and residential sectors and they have a range of exciting future projects across a range of scales.

To be successful in this role you should have significant post qualification experience and have ideally managed a small team. You should boast exceptional technical skills and creative design flare. AutoCAD and Revit skills are essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:

  • Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural Technology
  • Significant post qualification experience
  • Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Working on large residential projects
  • Ability to run projects from start to completion
  • Managing and supporting a team
  • Create excellent technical designs to meet the client's needs
  • Positive and driven approach to work
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
