Senior Architectural Technologist | Manchester | £35,000 - £45,000
 
We are working with an architectural practice, based in the heart of Manchester, that is looking to hire at least two new members of staff to help manage the ever-increasing demand for their services. 
 
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a welcoming and collaborative practice that strives to create a working environment that encourages creativity alongside a social setting that people enjoy working in.
 
They are a multi-sector organisation, offering a range of services in the following sectors - Commercial, Industrial, Manufacturing, Retail, Residential, Hotels, Sports & Leisure, Student Accommodation, Education, Healthcare, Transport, Community, Blue Light, and major strategic master-planning! There is also the chance to collaborate with professional in other disciplines, including Interior Design, Graphic Design, Project Managers, and more. 
 
Senior Architectural Technologist - Roles/Responsibilities
  • Managing projects from start to finish.
  • Produce working drawing packages across a wide range of residential projects
  • Liaise with different stakeholders, lead the detailed design process, co-ordinate information, and produce/contribute to planning applications.
  • Having a solid understanding of planning and UK Building Regulations is essential along with being able to liaise with different stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience using Revit 
  • Ideally, MCIAT if not working towards
