We are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a vibrant and passionate team in Staffordshire. The practice provides innovative and creative designs that not only benefit the client, but also the environment around them. Providing exceptional service for over 90 years means that the well-established company is now looking to expand their team.
To be successful in this role you should have significant UK-based post qualification experience and excellent knowledge of recent UK Building Regulations. Alongside this, you must have an outstanding attention to detail when providing technical drawings and leading projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Significant UK-based experience post part III qualification
- Proficient in Revit
- Ability to use AutoCAD and NBS Create
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists would be desirable
- Fantastic communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
- Conduct site meetings and chair design team meetings
- Working collaboratively with the team
- Supporting junior members of staff
- Brilliant technical drawing experience
