To be successful within this role you will need a degree in Architectural Technology, extensive post qualification experience and boast technical excellence as well as holding your MCIAT.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• ­MCIAT or close to professional membership
• Degree in Architectural Technology
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Prior experience working on defence sector projects
• Be a supportive team player
• Ensure high quality standards are met if not exceeded
• Carry out surveys of buildings
• Assist in developing scheme designs to detail design stages
• Passionate about incorporating sustainability into designs
• Experience managing junior staff members
• Liaise with clients, contractors, relevant authorities and other professionals
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen eye for detail and advanced technical expertise
