Senior Architectural Technologist

Our client, an established architectural practice are seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their team based in Chichester. You will have the opportunity to work for an architectural practice that have an excellent reputation in the area for working on various residential, education and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to work on within a busy, Revit using architectural practice.

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview

• Use Revit on a daily basis
• Work collaboratively as well as independently at times
• Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders
• Interpret briefs, work to deadlines and be adaptable whilst working to strict deadlines / budgets
• Produce technical details
• Run some projects from Inception through to completion
• Construction detailing
• Manage technical teams
• Work on a variety of exciting Education and Residential projects

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of Revit/AutoCAD
• Ideally experience in either the residential or education sector
• Live within a commutable distance of Chichester
• Good knowledge of all RIBA Stages
