Salary: £38000-42000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician with exceptional technical abilities to join a friendly, RIBA chartered practice in Manchester. The award-winning team provides innovative and sustainable designs for a range of clients across the Residential, Education and Healthcare sectors throughout the UK. The practice has a strong focus on providing a great work life balance to all employees and prides itself on creating an environment where career development is encouraged.

The successful Senior Architectural Technician will have significant post qualification experience and should be confident producing exceptional technical designs. You should boast creative design flare and have proven experience managing a project through all RIBA stages. Revit knowledge is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

  • Registered with the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technology (CIAT)
  • Significant UK-based, post qualification experience
  • A relevant HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Proven experience working through all RIBA stages
  • Excellent technical design skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Brilliant knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Exceptional Revit knowledge is essential
