I am excited to be actively recruiting for a skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join a creative, highly reputable, and well-established practice in Peterborough. This dynamic RIBA chartered practice are renowned for their innovative designs which their passion for high quality and sustainability evident. Their diverse portfolio covers the education, travel, residential and retail to name a few. They have a number of offices across the UK and work collaboratively between them sharing resources, knowledge and excellent technical capabilites.

To be successful in this role you will need to have substantial post qualification experience, excellent technical abilities with proficiency in AutoCAD and proven job running experience.

Skills, experience and responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

• Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural technology
• Several years of post qualification experience
• Extensive knowledge of current UK building regulations
• Experience being project lead across large scale project
• Proficiency in industry standard software ideally Revit
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive and driven approach to work
• Full clean UK driving licence
• Thorough understanding of technical and professional work aspects
• Keen to continue professional development and keep up with technical knowledge
• Excited to grow with the company inputting to its growth
