Senior Architect

We are currently representing a well renowned Architectural practice based around the Manchester area who are actively seeking a Senior Architect to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architect to join a privately owned company, with close to 90 staff, spread over three offices across the UK.

Our client is ideally looking for a highly motivated Senior Architect with around 5 years post qualification experience. The Senior Architect is required to work within the company's industrial sector so it would be highly advantageous to have previous experience within this sector. Projects will include industrial units, commercial parks, and retail and transport developments.

Our client has huge long-term prospects, a tremendous landbank affiliation, and 95% of their work is with reliable repeat clients. There is also a strong possibility for an Associate position for the right candidate.

• Salary Expectations: £40,000 to £55,000 DOE
• £5,000 car allowance (subject to position)

• Experience within the Industrial Sector.
• Client facing experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and project delivery expertise.
• All / most RIBA stages experience.
• Ability to manage a small team
• AutoCAD and / or Revit expertise.
• Work from the office 100% of the time, with occasional flexibility where agreed
• Flexible working hours, providing there's a reliable 7.5hr working routine.

• Running industrial projects from feasibility through to completion on site
• Manage and support other members of staff when required
• Ensure all projects are delivered to the deadline and are meeting all design requirements
• Work on a number of industrial projects including energy, waste, manufacturing and distribution centres
