My client is an esteemed architecture practice is actively seeking a dedicated and talented Senior Architect to join their dynamic team. With a focus on crafting exceptional architecture that resonates with both clients and communities, they are looking for an individual who brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for architectural excellence.

Role Overview:

Position: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Starting from £40k (dependant on experience)

Location: Warrington

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination of technicians in the production of CAD drawings and 3D models, ensuring high-quality documentation and visualization of projects.

• Drive the development of designs to fully comply with Building Regulations, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of safety and sustainability.

• Oversee the development of detailed specifications for materials and workmanship, contributing to the creation of durable and aesthetically pleasing architecture.

• Utilize and demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard CAE tools including Autocad, Revit, Sketch-up, or similar, to bring innovative design concepts to life.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of seven years of post-qualification experience in the architecture field, showcasing a track record of successful project completion and leadership.

• Strong design and communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and effectively to both team members and clients.

• A passion for high-quality architecture, with a focus on detail-oriented and ambitious projects.

• Proficiency in Autocad, Revit, Sketch-up, or similar CAE tools. While prior experience in Revit is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.

• A Master’s Degree in Architecture (MArch) or Diploma in Architecture (DipArch) recognized by RIBA Pt 2, or an equivalent qualification.
