Senior Application Specialist - Dynamics 365

JHE & Partners are working with a group of companies in the North Bradford district, who are looking for a Senior D365 Application Specialist. This is a permanent role, working on a hybrid model with 3 days home working and 2 in the office.

This is a very niche role, reporting into the Head of IT and working in a small IT team. Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is essential. You must have experience of configuring, maintaining, documenting and supporting a company's ERP, whilst being involved with various integration projects as well as work flow and process development.

Duties include:

• Ensure data owners are following best practice and highlighting inconsistencies
• Playing an active role in Microsoft updates, highlighting areas for company improvement, taking necessary action when necessary
• Investigate and analyse the current performance of D365 Business Central, providing insight and ideas to improve existing processes
• Play a key role in an array of projects, troubleshooting and providing expertise in utilising the Business Central function.
• Liaise and develop the function within the wider business including logistics, sales, finance and operations
• Dealing with internal queries and problems including bugs and escalating where necessary
• Ad hoc duties as expected within an international company

Essential:

• Educated to degree level in IT or relevant IT experience
• Experience of working an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central or Dynamics NAV
• Knowledge of data analytics using tools such as PowerBI
• Strong communicator with ability to work across the wider business

Salary on offer for this role is paying in the region of £60,000 + up to 10% bonus with wider package including auto enrolled pension, 25 days holiday.

Hybrid model working 3 days home and 2 in office. Free parking onsite.
