Senior Air Conditioning Engineer

Our client is who are a specialist Air Conditioning and Refrigeration company who are based in South London are recruiting a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to work within London and the South. The Senior Air Conditioning Engineer will be reporting directly to the Service Director. Senior Air Conditioning Engineer will be expected to take full responsibility for HVAC technical repairs and fault finding across several sites in and around London, the South and the South East. All sites will be covering a mixed Commercial portfolio such as Retail, Private & Public sector, Hotel and Leisure, Government Buildings and IT/Data centres.

• Carrying out Reactive and Emergency Callout works on HVAC systems
• Striving for a first-time fix approach across the team.
• Ability to assist other Engineers with technical issues if required.
• Provide technical support to clients and provide advice on updating systems.
• Assist with developing junior engineers
• Progress to Service Manager over time

• F-Gas City & Guilds 2079.
• Minimum of 7 years field experience.
• Knowledge of all major AC & HVAC including Air Handling Units, Fan coil and Heat recovery
• Understanding of Ventilation Systems - Kitchen Extract,
• Full UK Drivers licence

• £45-50K
• 40-hour week
• Door to door travel pay
• Overtime 1.5x & 2x
• 20 days holiday plus bank and rising with service
• Company van - personal use
• iPad, Mobile Phone, Credit Card, Uniform, PPE and all specialist tools/equipment
