Senior Accountant

A growing and successful firm of chartered accountants based in Barnstpale is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team leading on the delivery of year end accounts/tax and wider services to wide ranging industry sole trader, partnerships and limited company clients. There is progression on offer into client portfolio management, increasing responsibility and wider planning/ advisory work involvement as a key hire within this team and firm.

Description

Joining as Senior Accountant based from the firms Barstaple offices you oversee the hands on delivery of year end accounts, tax and wider services to wide ranging industry sole traders, partnerships and limited companies across varying sizes and turnover ranges. As you develop within the firm and role there will be opportunity to take on the management of a full client portfolio. You will be both hands on and review work, helping with the development of more junior staff and will develop client relationships, taking on increasing client portfolio and management responsibility, working on wider advisory/business services and delivering wider project work as you develop and carve a career within this firm.

Profile

You may be qualified across any of AAT, ATT, ACA / ACCA, CTA etc, or have developed your career through experience only to date, with a career background within accounts/tax and all around, general accountancy practice service delivery to wide ranging clients, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment. You will have developed at least three to four years or considerably more years experience within your career to date to around the Senior Accountant levels and be looking for a challenging new career opportunity.

Job Offer
