This firm is growing rapidly and you can play a key part. Based on the outskirts of Oxfordshire they can offer you a high-growth environment within a multi-specialist firm. The role will be looking after and supervising juniors as well as managing your own workload and billables.
The firm in question has an excellent reputation locally due to how the partners operate. Not only this but those who have worked there have gone on to be extremely successful and this, in large part, is due to the commercial advice the practice offers and the autonomy offered.
The firm requires several senior individuals over the next six months due to this continued expansion and succession planning and there is real, not just written, opportunity for those who join.
Responsible for:
- Preparation of statutory accounts in line with UK GAAP (FRS 102)
- Working with and communicating directly with clients on strategies
- Audit exposure is desirable but not required
- Assisting with supervision and training of junior members of the team
- ACA or ACCA Qualified
- Highly organised
- Accounts preparation under UK GAAP
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of multiple accounting systems
- 45000 - 65000 DOE
- Hybrid working
- 25 days holiday
