Senior Accountant

Our client are a well-established chartered accountancy practice based in Wokingham, seeking an enthusiastic Senior Accountant. The successful Accounts Senior will ideally be QBE, ACA or ACCA qualified. This is a mixed tax & accounts role ideal for a Senior Accountant looking to join a growing team.

With this role, the successful Senior Accountant will be given excellent opportunities to handle a portfolio and expanding their knowledge and career while working with a supportive team.

Senior Accountant Position Overview

• Prepare management accounts for a variety of clients
• Reviewing financial statements prepared by junior members of staff
• Preparation of statutory accounts
• Preparation of corporate tax computations and personal tax returns
• Preparing VAT returns
• handling a range of differing clients in a facing role

Senior Accountant Position Requirements

• This position is ideal for QBE or qualified Accountants
• Within a commutable distance of Wokingham
• Experience with cloud software is essential for the role
• Strong proven knowledge of statutory accounts preparation

Senior Accountant Position Remuneration

• Circa £55,000 per annum
• Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 17:00 pm
• Study support if necessary
