Senior Accountant

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join a forward thinking Accountancy Practice based in their Hemel Hempstead office.

The Accounts Senior will be tasked with preparing accounts and offering advice to clients whilst also offering tax and business planning in a varied position.

This role is ideally suited to an experienced Semi Senior or senior Accountant with some existing client facing experience that you are keen to develop.

Senior Accountant Position Overview

• Preparing And Submitting VAT returns
• Preparing statutory accounts
• Preparing and reviewing bookkeeping
• Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts

Senior Accountant Position Requirements

• AAT, ACCA or QBE equivalent
• Experience within practice
• Competent using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Competent using Xero
• Experience of Iris and Bright Pay software packages would be preferable

Senior Accountant Position Remuneration

• £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
• Discretionary bonuses
• WFH 3 days per week / flexibility where needed
• Full time opportunity
