This accountancy practice seeks a skilled and qualified practice accountant to join their team and play a vital role in supporting clients.

This position offers two tracks: Senior Accountant or Client Manager, depending on your experience level. Ambitious individuals will find opportunities for career advancement.

The practice embraces a hybrid work culture and offers free parking for in-office days.

To thrive in this role, you'll be:

  • A qualified ACA or ACCA with a practice background.
  • Knowledgeable in accounts preparation and taxation for owner-managed businesses.
  • Possess experience with support and investment schemes for business growth (a plus).
  • An excellent communicator with a talent for client care and development and strong commercial awareness.
  • Adept at staff management, training, and development (for Client Manager role).
  • Familiar with digital accounting systems and cloud software.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing accounts, corporation tax, and management accounts and offering business advisory services for the practice's diverse clientele.
  • Reviewing team-prepared work.
  • Advising and supporting clients on business and personal tax.
  • Contributing to achieving set office budgets and efficiencies while maintaining client satisfaction.
