LGS Vision Recruitment are delighted to be working with a very modern, forward-thinking firm of accountants as they search for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team.

Our client is based on the outskirts of Colchester and are seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team which would quickly progress into a Client Manager position.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and excel in a dynamic environment. As you join their team you will be first point of contact for clients, building relationships and providing professional and reliable accounting services.

Role:

  • Responding to client queries promptly and professionally
  • Delegating tasks to your team efficiently
  • Preparing and reviewing accounts and tax work
  • Identifying and communicating changes in legislation, practice, or software
  • Monitoring teams work, providing support for goal achievement
  • Proactively seeking opportunities to enhance profit margins
  • Driving turnover through renewals, extra work orders, and client conversion
  • Contributing to team growth and efficiencies

Requirements:

  • Qualified ACCA/ACA/AAT Level 4
  • 4+ years practice experience
  • Ability to handle client queries
  • Team player and support junior members
  • Building relationships with clients

Package:

  • £40,000 - £45,000 as a starting salary
  • Progression into Client Manager
