We’re looking for an ACCA or ACA qualified, finalist or QBE Senior with at least three years experience within practice. You'll have strong communication skills and the ability to build long lasting relationships with clients. This is an integral role, and the successful candidate will support the Managers to provide a first-class level of service to a valued portfolio of clients and to nurture the junior team.

Job Purpose

• Oversight of the preparation of statutory and management accounts.
• Oversight of tax computations.
• Oversight of VAT and bookkeeping.
• Support junior team members with constructive mentorship, learning and development and performance.
• Oversee workflow and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support the senior team with new business pitching, client relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.
• Contribute to a modern, inclusive and happy team.
• Support the Managers, building professional relationships and adopting a proactive approach to problem solving.

• ACA or ACCA qualified, a finalist or QBE with at least 3 years experience within practice.
