They say it's about being in the right place at the right time, and now is the right time to join this firm of chartered accountants.

They are so busy they are having to turn away work, but the good thing is rather than pile work on the existing team they are looking for an experienced Senior that can support them and really contribute as they go through their next phase of growth.

The clients here are interesting, from businesses that sell super yachts to the rich and famous through to working with celebrities and entrepreneurs you will experience it all here - making your portfolio of clients just as interesting as the job itself.

If you have ambition then great; in this role you will be working very closely with the partner; managing some of the firms key clients and also on-boarding new ones. Your role will stretch across Accounts Preparation, Management Accounts and Tax; alongside supporting and developing the more junior members of staff.

The focus here is on quality over quantity. The partners would be the first to admit they are more expensive than a lot of the other firms in the area; but that's because of what they offer in return. It's more of a consultancy, you will be in regular contact with your clients, you will meet them, advise them and in some cases mentor them on their finances.

There has been a huge demand recently for their advisory services too which is currently all managed by the Director. However they are keen to open up the opportunity for anyone new joining to be trained and developed on this side of the business too - so it's yet another opportunity to broaden your skills.

Alongside the above the partners have said a route to partner level is there for anyone who wants to chase it - they are planning on doubling in size in the next 18 months and that will bring opportunities for everyone.
