Hybrid working Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the Central London office

My client is a very well-known creative agency in London, they work with clients on a global scale. I have teamed up with them to provide the top talent within client services.

Project work ranges across integrated channels but the main area is packaging so experience across this is a MUST.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to support one of our Account Directors working on a variety of FMCG projects ranging across confectionary…think sweets, chocolate etc (the good stuff)

• The ideal candidate will have an ambitious drive, a collaborative mindset and be keen to get involved in creative campaigns.

You will be responsible for:

• Receiving and creating project briefs, scoping projects (budgets/costings, timelines, etc), and managing the running of projects, driving strategy and creative teams,
• Making sense of client feedback and finding the best way of passing this on to the internal team,
• Working closely with their account lead in order to ensure delivery of quality work, on time and on budget

You will need to be confident and articulate - able to deputise for their account lead when necessary.

You must be highly organised and ready to hit the ground running. You should be a good communicator who has experience of being client-facing, but who is also capable of communicating effectively and efficiently with clients, a busy management team and other internal colleagues and stakeholders.

Someone with experience managing multiple markets for a global brand would be a huge benefit, with an understanding of different market needs and a sensitivity on how to handle.
