Senior Account Manager

-Manchester/Hybrid

-up to £40k

Our client is an award-winning full-service e-commerce agency based in Manchester. Their services include SEO, PPC, SEM, social media, Digital PR and more.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their vibrant team to drive their agency's growth and success within the client services team.

Key requirements for the Senior Account Manager Role:

  • 4 years of account management experience
  • Ideally an agency background
  • Strategic mindset
  • Ability to juggle several clients from a variety of industries.
  • Ability to upsell and retain existing clients.
  • Experience handling contracts and negotiation.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage portfolio of clients.
  • Maintain relationships via phone and face to face meetings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate client briefs and meet objectives.
  • Work closely with the team lead and project managers to ensure correct level of client service is met.
  • Report regularly to the AD with status of client accounts.
  • Handle any disputes in a timely manner, ensuring no barrier to resolutions.
