Salary Up to £40k

Hybrid Working – 1 to 2 days in the office a week

This fantastic digital agency in the heart of Manchester who work with a number of well-known brands are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their experienced client services team and work closely alongside their briliant Client Services Director.

The Role?

  • As Senior Account Manager you will have a strong understanding of digital strategy and will be used to working closely with activation teams across Paid Search, SEO, Social Media, and Content within both B2B and B2C sectors
  • The role itself is based upon maintaining strong client relationships via regular contact, including over the phone and face to face meetings
  • Your role as Senior Account Manager will also involve contributing to new business pitches for existing and new clients
  • You will deliver monthly reports to clients observing the campaign objectives and outcomes
  • You will work alongside the talented development and digital marketing teams to create strategies and campaigns that match the client’s requests

Do you have the following skills?

  • Proven digital/ecommerce experience- ideally in an agency 
  • Excellent communication skills and organisation skills with the ability to work in partnership with clients
  • Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
  • Experience of successful relationship building with clients, including taking a strategic approach
