Major Players are working with an acclaimed brand experience agency with a focus on the youth marketing domain, both on campus and in broader cultural spheres. they specialise in global experiences that intertwine people, brands, and culture. As a Senior Account Manager, you'll integrate within our client services teams, engaging with prestigious brands across a variety of markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
  • Lead and oversee projects, maintaining a commitment to excellence in execution.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion and collaborate with the Account Director to nurture these prospects.
  • Offer strategic recommendations to clients, grounded in a deep understanding of their business landscape.
  • Take ownership of budgets, driving profitability and efficiency.
  • Contribute to forecasting alongside the Account Director and senior team.
  • Mentor, challenge, and develop junior team members.

Essential:

  • A passion for creativity.
  • Proficiency in event and live experience planning
  • Multiple years' experience within an experiential agency environment
  • Strategic thinking regarding marketing challenges across various briefs, audiences, and channels.
  • Previous experience in client and supplier management, project management, and relationship building.
  • Strong written and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in budget management and delivery efficiency.
