Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of junior PR professionals, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director (MD) to develop and execute PR strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Drive press coverage and media relations for clients, with a focus on traditional press outlets.
  • Manage client relationships effectively, serving as the main point of contact for PR-related matters.
  • Develop compelling storytelling narratives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Utilise strong digital PR skills to complement traditional media outreach efforts.
  • Work with the Partnerships team to pull together joint projects.
  • Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency through proactive participation and idea generation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a PR agency environment, with a focus on luxury brands and hospitality clients preferred.
  • Strong understanding of traditional media relations and a proven track record of securing press coverage.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proficiency in digital PR tactics and strategies, including social media and online content creation.
  • Experience working with partnerships and/or understanding of partnership dynamics is a plus.
  • Ambitious and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, start up-like environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting, while also demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Located in or willing to commute central London four days a week, with the option for remote work on Fridays.

Note: The salary range for this position is £40,000 - £45,000. Candidates on the brink of Account Director level may be considered for a higher salary.
