Our client, a highly respected independent broker, is looking for a Senior Client Services Executive / Account Handler to join their small, but growing, London office. Working closely with the Client Director you will personally be responsible for maintaining key clients’ Commercial Property Insurance portfolios, providing a high quality, professional and efficient service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with the clients to understand their needs and identify the most effective cover for their requirements.
  • Collate general and claims information, documentation etc. for pre renewal and renewal meetings.
  • Manage the renewal/placing process in a timely manner, highlighting potential risks and agreeing terms in line with client requirements including any mid-term alterations.
  • Ensure accurate recording of information on Acturis.
  • Deliver great customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients, ensuring service standards are always met.
  • Work with underwriters to amend policies where necessary in order to meet client demand.

The successful candidate is likely to have the following skills, attitude and experience:

  • Extensive knowledge within commercial property insurance.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with an ability to secure the best deals for clients and our business.
  • Ability to develop and manage good working relationships with clients and insurers through building trust and mutual respect.
  • Deliver great customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients.
