Tradewind is currently seeking a committed SEND Teaching Assistant for secondary schools in Crewe!

Position: Teaching Assistant

Location: Crewe

Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary

Pay: £85 - £100 per day

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support to students at KS3, KS4, and those with special educational needs (SEN). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering personalised one-to-one support to address individual learning needs
  • Assisting teaching staff in delivering high-quality education and collaborate with teachers to deliver small group instruction
  • Cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting students' emotional and social development

Requirements:

  • Previous Child-based work experience
  • Experience supporting students with SEND
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedicated to supporting student development and well-being
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)
  • Full CV history with all employment/education included
