Clockwork Education have been approached by a lovely, welcoming school in Sunderland to assist them to find a SEND Teaching Assistant to support a child in Year 5 ASAP.

The role will be working one to one with a child with SEND needs, available until Summer 2024 at least and will involve you working 5 mornings per week 08.30 - 12.30.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting a year 5 pupil with SEND needs
  • Working independently on a one to one basis
  • To use own initiative and take the lead

Requirements

  • Confident and experienced in working one to one
  • Level 2 Qualification
  • Provide 2 references, preferably from an educational background
  • To hold or put in process an enhanced DBS disclosure
