Job Opportunity: Foundation Lecturer (SEND) in Uxbridge.

  • Position: Foundation Lecturer (SEND) 
  • Location: Uxbridge 
  • Hours per week: 10-15 hours
  • Part Time Temporary Role

As a Foundation Lecturer (SEND), you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs. Your expertise and commitment will empower students to achieve their full potential and overcome any barriers they may face. You will work closely with our students, providing tailored support, adapting teaching methods, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and accessible lessons to students with SEND.
  • Create individualized learning plans based on student needs.
  • Collaborate with other educators and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Stay informed about best practices and developments in SEND education.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with students with SEND.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for inclusive education and student success.
