Position: SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
We are currently seeking a SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays until the end of the academic year. This role is based in Egham, Surrey.
Key Details:

  • Hours: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays (full school days)
  • Start Date: Immediate start
  • Duration: Until the end of the academic year
Responsibilities:
  • Providing dedicated support to a learner with epilepsy within an educational setting.
  • Assisting with educational activities and personal care as needed.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support differentiated learning.
  • Creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for the student.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with SEND learners, preferably including experience with epilepsy.
  • Previous experience within an educational setting is essential.
  • Compassion, patience, and empathy towards students with diverse needs.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in SEND support would be advantageous.
