?? Position: SEND Assessment and Review Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • ?? Data Dynamo: Update and maintain accurate information within our cutting-edge casework management system (Synergy). Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring that our records are not just up to date but reflect the unique needs of each child.
  • ?? Master Liaison: Collaborate with officers and stakeholders to gather the most accurate and comprehensive information. Your communication skills will be the bridge that ensures all puzzle pieces come together to create a holistic view of each child's situation.
  • ?? Innovation Enthusiast: Be part of a team that embraces innovation! Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance our processes, making a tangible difference in the lives of children with SEND.

Requirements:

  • ?? Detail-Oriented: A meticulous eye for detail is non-negotiable. You understand that accurate data is the backbone of effective decision-making.
  • ?? Collaborative Spirit: You thrive in a team environment, fostering open communication and cooperation to achieve common goals.
  • ?? Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with casework management systems, especially Synergy, is a plus. If you're not a pro yet, a quick learner attitude is equally valued!
  • ?? Effective Communicator: Your ability to liaise with officers and stakeholders is as important as updating data. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • �? Passion for Inclusion: A genuine commitment to promoting inclusion and supporting children with SEND is at the heart of what you do.
