Tradewind is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join a fantastic Primary School in the heart of Hazel Grove, Stockport. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity (starting after Easter) where you'll primarily work 1:1 with a child in KS1 who has special educational needs (SEND).

What you'll do:

  • Provide tailored support to a child with SEND in KS1
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
  • Collaborate with the teacher to develop and implement individualised learning plans
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom experience

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience working with children with SEND
  • A compassionate, empathetic, and firm approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for education and a commitment to inclusion
  • The ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
