Therefore, you should have proven experience in improving provision quality in a leadership role, whether at a middle or senior level, with a track record of positively impacting SEN and driving progress for disadvantaged students, coupled with strategic vision and commitment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent managerial, interpersonal, and organisational skills, with the ability to foster teamwork, a dedication to ensuring equal opportunities, and a sense of accountability for all.

This role has the potential to turn into a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Essential Requirements:

  • Although a SENCo Qualification is not mandatory, a willingness to pursue such accreditation is desirable.
  • Evidence of recent and ongoing professional development and qualifications relevant to the role.
  • Ability to exhibit effective classroom and behaviour management.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desired but not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about contributing to the successful growth of a primary school within a significant trust in the East Midlands.

Your health and wellbeing are prioritised, ensuring you receive an outstanding reward package. Additionally, we prioritise the outcomes of our pupils and vulnerable young adults, so you'll wake up every day knowing that your role has a profound impact on the lives of others.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils and young people. All applicants will undergo social media scrutiny, and successful candidates will be subject to a thorough enhanced DBS check.
