Role and Responsibilities

This is an incredible opportunity to join a school which has made significant and sustained progress and benefits from a purpose-built premises with state-of-the-art facilities. You will become a key part of their friendly and supportive team of staff, joining the driven leadership team and leading Inclusion across the school.

This role is available on a part-time basis for 3 days a week with the candidate having the freedom to choose which 3 days they would like to work. There is also the opportunity for this role to be hybrid. Making a good impression in this role before the end of the academic year will also allow for the role to turn full-time and permanent in September.

A successful candidate will be focused on improving the life chances of all pupils, bringing a passionate and inspirational outlook to the role. You will be a strategic thinker, able to create and implement a strategy for SEND across the entire school. Although you will be responsible for leading the inclusion strategy, you will be supported by a committed and pupil centred inclusion team.

In order to be considered for this position you should:

  • be able to reflect on your work and excel at innovating and creating new solutions
  • hold a SENDCo qualification or be willing to complete

Working with Long-term Teachers:

We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special
Schools.
