Role and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the life chances of all our pupils, bringing passion and inspiration to the role. You will possess strategic thinking abilities, capable of developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) across the entire school. While you will lead the inclusion strategy, you will be supported by a committed team focused on the well-being and success of our students.

To be considered for this position, you should:

  • Have significant experience as a teacher and leader.
  • Demonstrate a capacity for reflection, innovation, and the creation of novel solutions.
  • Hold a SENDCo qualification or be willing to pursue one.
