We are currently seeking highly qualified and experienced SEN tutors to join the team of Remedy Tutors based in Bromley. As an SEN tutor, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing the skills of our diverse student population. As one of the suppliers for Bromley Local Authority, we have an abundance of jobs ranging up to 15 hours per week per student.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess student's progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills across core subjects.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated and confident to express themselves.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and holistic approach to student development.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies and adapt them to meet the needs of individual students.

Requirements:

  • Display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Exhibit a passion for education and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on student's lives.
  • Showcase creativity and flexibility in lesson planning, adapting to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Maintain a patient and empathetic approach when working with students facing learning challenges.
