Pay rate: £90 - £110.00 per day (depending on experience)

Duration: Long-term with view to go permanent

Active Recruitment are currently working with an outstanding Mainstream Secondary School in Harlow, who are looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join them ASAP, on a long-term basis with a view to go permanent. This SEN Teaching Assistant role will involve assisting hearing-impaired students learn and make a difference for their education.

Roles and responsibilities of the SEN Teaching Assistant:

• To support students with their learning in lessons, working with them individually and in small groups.
• Assisting kids with learning disabilities, Autism, challenging behaviour, SEMH.
• Supporting students, who have special needs, with their learning.
• Demonstrate skill and initiative working with young people.
