SEN Teaching Assistant -

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives? Do you thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment? We're seeking dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to join our Teaching Bank.

As a valued member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting students with SEN, helping them to achieve their full potential.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assisting the class teacher in implementing individualised education plans.
  • Supporting students with their learning activities and encouraging their social and emotional development.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of individual students and the school environment.
