The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the learning and development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the educational and social development of students with SEN under the direction and guidance of the head teacher and class teachers.
- Support students with emotional or behavioral problems and help develop their social skills.
- Prepare and present engaging learning materials.
- Monitor and report student progress.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working with children with SEN is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Patience and resilience with a positive attitude.
