JOB TITLE: SEN Teaching AssistantLocation:

Job Type:

Permanent, Full-Time

Salary:

£95 - £105 Per day

Job Duties:
  • Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning and development
  • Assisting the class teacher in implementing individual education plans
  • Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Observing and reporting on student progress and behaviour
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Knowledge of Autism and ADHD awareness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:

Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs

Experience:

Previous experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Confident and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong understanding of SEN principles and practises
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional training in SEN support
  • First Aid certification
  • Degree in Psychology or a Related Field
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time hours (Term Time)
  • Work within a school setting
