Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant ready to make a difference? This superb Primary School located in the heart of Stafford, is on the lookout for someone just like you!

As a vital member of our staff team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) pupils thrive and achieve their full potential. We pride ourselves on delivering a rich and creative curriculum that nurtures curiosity, independence, and resilience in all our learners.

Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

Experience in supporting primary-aged children with complex SEND needs, including ASC, ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties.

Excellent literacy, numeracy, and computing skills (GCSE Maths and English preferred).

Working knowledge of relevant school policies and practices, particularly in Safeguarding, Child Protection, Behaviour Management, and the SEND Code of Practice.

? Strong organisation and time-management skills to juggle various responsibilities effectively.

Ability to build positive relationships with both children and adults.

Team player mentality, understanding classroom dynamics and your role within it.

Calm, flexible, and adaptable, able to handle changes at short notice with ease.
