Responsibilities:
- Offer individualised assistance to students with SEN, adapting your approach to meet their specific learning needs.
- Play a key role in crafting and executing individualised education plans (IEPs) to provide precise and effective support.
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to cultivate an inclusive and empowering learning environment.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere in the classroom.
- Establish transparent and effective communication channels with parents, teachers, and external professionals to ensure comprehensive student support.
- Collaborate with the SENCO to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of SEN strategies.
- Regularly assess the academic and social progress of students with SEN.
- Collaborate in adjusting teaching materials and resources to accommodate diverse learning needs.
