We are currently in search of a committed SEN teaching assistant with a wealth of experience in aiding children with special needs, for a part-time position within a Bradford school. If you are committed to conveying the worth and potential of every child, we look forward to your application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in educational settings with SEN pupils or equivalent transferable skills.
  • Exhibit traits of patience, passion, and professionalism.
  • Skillfully manage children with challenging behaviour.
  • Display confidence, punctuality, and eagerness.
  • Foster positive learning relationships with SEN pupils while effectively managing behaviour, both in small group settings and one-on-one interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Prior experience working with young individuals, ideally within a school environment.
  • Possession of an Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Randstad.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided).
  • Exceptional attendance and punctuality record.
