Are you Experienced in Working with Pupils with Autism? Would you like specialist training to be an ABA/VB Tutor in a small, but consistently outstanding school?

We are seeking to appoint experienced Teaching Assistants to train as ABA/VB Tutors. You must be enthusiastic about improving the lives of pupil’s with Autism and their families and be committed to learning and developing your own skills and abilities.

Snowflake School is dedicated to providing education for pupils with Autism, aged 5 - 16 years. We address each pupil’s special educational needs through the scientific application of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) using Verbal Behaviour (VB) methodology delivered through individualised programmes.

You will work as part of a class team providing one to one teaching to pupils with severe Autism and learning difficulties .The main focus of each pupil’s Individual Educational Programme is to develop functional language and communication skills.

Snowflake School respects the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board and all Tutors are expected to complete the Snowflake School Training Programme. Above all you must be committed to living our SUPER values; of Safety, Understanding, Patience, Enthusiasm and Respect.
