We are inviting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our vibrant community in Bexley. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and is eager to contribute to a supportive learning environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the diverse needs of students with special educational needs.
  • Foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and growth for all students.
  • Work collaboratively with parents, therapists, and support staff to optimize student success and well-being.
  • Employ innovative teaching methods and resources to engage and inspire students, catering to their individual learning styles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
  • Experience in special education is highly desirable, or a strong desire to develop expertise in this area.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • A patient, caring, and creative approach to teaching, with the ability to adapt to the needs of each student.
